Terms of Service
By commissioning me for gposing or pose packs, you agree to the following terms:General Guidelines- No Lalafell NSFW or Extreme Violence Content:
I do not accept commissions involving Lalafell or extreme violence under any circumstances.- Right to Refuse:
I reserve the right to refuse any commission request for any reason without the need to provide an explanation.- Contacting Me:
Please reach out to me on Discord with a message request when inquiring about a commission. I do not accept commission inquiries via other platforms unless otherwise specified.Payment Terms- 50% Non-Refundable Deposit:
After our consultation and before beginning work in-game, a 50% non-refundable payment is required. No exceptions. This deposit secures your spot in the queue and allows me to begin work. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the commission before the final deliverables are provided.Commission Process- Detailed Requests Preferred:
When requesting a commission, please provide as much detail as possible (pose, setting, mood, etc.). This helps me better understand and realize your vision. If you choose to give me full creative control, I will do my best to create something unique and reflective of my style.- Deadlines and Rush Orders:
While I strive to complete commissions promptly, delays may occur due to real-life responsibilities. If you have a specific deadline, communicate it clearly during our initial discussion. For complex requests or rush orders, an additional fee may apply.- Revisions:
Small revisions to the initial draft are included in the commission price. However, extensive revisions or significant changes to the agreed-upon concept may incur additional charges.- Use of References:
Providing clear references, such as screenshots or descriptions, will help expedite the process and ensure satisfaction with the final result.Deliverables- Final Product:
You will receive high-quality images of your commissioned pose(s). The format and resolution will be discussed beforehand. Each pose will come with 4 pictures from different angles.- Edits and Touch-Ups:
Post-production edits (lighting, filters, minor touch-ups) are included. Any advanced edits or special effects may be subject to additional charges, which will be discussed upfront.Other Important Notes- IRL Delays:
While I aim to complete commissions as quickly as possible, there might be unexpected delays. I will communicate with you promptly if any issues arise.- Credit:
If you share the commissioned work publicly (e.g., on social media or forums), please credit me appropriately.- Communication and Updates
